It’s hard judging from only pics, but I'm afraid I have to disagree the new rep is close to gen. Side by side, the flaws were apparent to earlier ZF ones as well.

Unfortunatel, HWF is not even close to ZF version. Wrong case, crystal, wide engraving on the crown, printed logo instead of embedded, wrong hands.

Had anyone tried one yet? I have Strodda servicing mine. He’s had it for 1 year and I’m starting to get frustrated so I figured I’d give this one a shot.

That’s where I am right now. 6 months ago he told me he was like ready to get it back to me within the next day or two and then he disappeared. And then he popped up and said he hurt his wrist but will be finishing up soon. At that point I mentioned that if he can’t get it done, he can just send it back and I understand.

I really try to be patient and understanding and I know these are reps so I try not to be overbearing. He has my 372 too. I had originally sent him 3 watches (187, 372, and 605) he sent me back the 187 within a month as “fixed” but it really wasnt fixed at all.

It’s been this this entire thing. Back when he “broke his wrist” I went months without hearing from him. I dmed him at the beginning of this month. I planned on sending him a dm telling him to just send me back my shit. Not asking or saying “if you can’t get it done” or even saying “if you can’t finish it within the next few days” because he said he only had to put it back together to finish. Like I’m going to just tell him to give me back everything as is. I’m sure he has a lot going on but without any communication even it’s especially frustrating.

Yes of course. I love this model, even if it has some flaws ;-)
Let me say it like this: If you want a wonderful looking 47 with an astonishing grey sunburst dial, pull the trigger.
But if you want to have a Superrep looking like the Gen Version better leave this one out.

Awesome. Looks great. And that’s exactly what I’m looking for and once I get it, it will take the pressure off awaiting my sf. And when I get that one back - you can’t go wrong with two. Looks great though. And the flaws don’t really bother me. Much.
