I'm glad you were able to resolve your problem.

My personal experience is that the rep game is very hard on someone that is OCD like myself.

I once bought a PAM rep that I absolutely loved. One day I happened to notice a blemish in "PANERAI" while admiring the dial with a loupe. I immediately fell out of love with the watch even though it was a blemish you couldn't see with the naked eye.

I've also sent quite a bit to replace dials on watches with minor imperfections like on your 512.

Gen game instead..I'm sure you drew a 28x28 square grid on that gen pam you bought right ??

I've never done the grid thing.

I will definitely ask TD for a spare dial. Its a beautiful watch and this is one more good reason
to have my local horologist check everything and does the break in period for my watch.

A local professional that i trust is always a good choice to do my personal quality check even on GEN
watches before i have them in use. After all REP are products of a production line...

I'm a little concerned now about my 512 that I have in QC pictures. I requested a close up picture of the face, could you guys take a look and let me know what you think?

Looks similar to gen. Your TD just can't take a descent picture...
(he just need a white box upright and his lens sitting to any upper edge..)

Beautiful watch, i 'm searching to borrow a gen one to take photo and measures.
Pam guide needs update and there isn't much of information about 42mm radiomirs.

I am concerned that the Radiomir Panerai is not straight like previous poster's PAM512. However, looking at the updated picture I requested, I am not sure it is an issue. Can anyone verify for me to ease my mind?

The distance from the last "R" to "1 o'clock" looks bigger than "11" to first "R"...
If you check the distances of "7" and "5" to "6" you will notice the same.
I'm 99.9% sure that this can be observed because the strongest light hit the same size first.

Watch face tilts .5º left, you can check it using the scroll down till the bottom of your screen
and comparing the angle of "PANERAI" base line with "11" and "1" base line.

I would definitely search for a tanned beige piece of leather. It keeps you busy till it comes.

Wrong. The entire watch is rotated in the picture frame. Nothing wrong with the dial alignment.

Thanks for your input! Any other opinions? I'm leaning towards accepting it because I'm having a tough time seeing an issue but don't know if I just have bad eyes
