PAM512 concern

hi guys, quite new in this forum and first time to post a thread.. I recently bought PAM512 V6F version (my very 1st purchase of watch rep) from one of our TD's and QC pics are ok and so I have received the watch last Monday (Dec 5). On that day I have noticed when checking the watch physically, the text "RADIOMIR PANERAI" is slanting upwards from left to right.

2 options I have....

1. TD is willing to replace but of course I will shoulder shipping back of watch to China from Singapore (will take long time to receive back new watch).
2. Another option is TD can provide new dial but I will pay for it USD35 (shipping fee included).

Which do you think is better? And does other PAM512 owners here notice this dial issue or not?
If ever I will choose option 2, does any RWI users here in Singapore know of anyone who can help me replace the dial?

No I really don't notice it my opinion here is if you have to put a square graph over the picture to notice such minor variations you are looking too far and expecting too much from a rep. Sorry

Its well off, don't accept the watch, I'm a designer and I can see a 2 mm slant

thanks for that comment, will check with post office here how much will it cost me to ship back small box from singapore to china.. hopefully not big amount. but if big amount, i can opt for option 2. does anybody have an idea if it is that complicated to change dial of pam512?

I guess now you know it's there it will bug you.

I don't really think it's noticeable, certainly not on the wrist.

Unfortunately no reps are perfect.

Yes the inscription is really slanted

If you are handy you can open the case up and see if there's any room to play with. However this model had sub dial which might limit the space you can work with.
I did this for my 243 which I cut the dial feet and refit with dial dots.

This is not a solution, because the inscriptions are not only slanted in relation to the case, they are slanted in relation to the markers and the rest of the dial

Hi Ale, I think you are totally right. I did not notice that it was actually the print that is off. The dial needs to be replaced.
