I think gen panerai has anti glare coating only on the outside but i'm not sure.
All gen Panerai have AR (anti reflective) coating on the inside of the crystal. Outside is not advisable as those tend to scratch far earlier and you would need to remove all of the AR to get rid of those scratches.
