Anyone know why theres such a huge price difference between these two? (Almost about to pull trigger)

it's almost $100 diff! typically with that big of a change it's got to do with the movement but they're both a6497


my top priority is always going to be closeness to gen, but if i can save $100 without sacrificing that well that's a clear winner!

KW has the second best version of the PAM390 next to Noob. Before it was H-factory but then KW (or V6F) released their version, surpassing it. Get the V6F and spend the $100 savings on a nice aftermarket strap (or even two).

Thanks mysterio!! Pam390 V6F ordered along with a pam111 v4 (upon reading the other thread, its highly unlikely I'll get a v4)

Soooo turns out ChazingTime couldn't get the V6W 390.... went to Toro's H-fac V3 instead. Crossing fingers he's got it!


Btw, didn't know H fac had a V3. I thought they only went up to V2's

Yay or nay? Looks pretty good to me, tight lever spacing, decent lume application, strap bars are pretty flush to the case... but i defer to the experts.

Also, is the CG lever pin supposed to be flush on the backside?

@SpootyPuff it all looks good from what I see. As for your question on the CG pin, even on the gen it's not flush on the backside. Here's a picture of a rep vs gen PAM390.

Just accepted, I've got a Gunny 74 and Edbert on the way as well (edbert might be awhile but the 74 will be here before the watches)

Hahaha My bad. To be fair, Gunny has an awful lot of straps. I'm familiar with the straps I've either owned or read about, which is the usual "74", the Impossible series, the Caitlin series and the Brutal Black.

That brutal black! I might have to own me one soon! I need something chunky and soft to swap to every now and then.
