Hi guys

Received my new pam328 yesterday from pure time. The thing is it doesn't hold charge for any length of time. I shake the watch for a good 30 mins whilst I did a 5k run. The time stayed the same and I can see the seconds dial move for about 2/3 secs and then dead.
I have contacted pure time about it. Any ideas on whats up with it?

What happens if you hand wind it? Might be just a disconnected rotor...

Lol...open the lever wind and turn the crown like 30 times or until u start to feel tension. don't over wind! And then see how long it goes for.

I recently picked up a Pam359 and it kept dying on my wrist despite the fact I wound it up...and it would only die on my wrist! Ran fine for days when it was sitting. I thought something may have fallen off and was rolling around and jamming it internally, once I opened the case back I used my dust blower to gently blow the automatic movement gear train etc. and that fixed it, probably had some dust stuck somewhere.

You likely have a gear failing to engage in the auto-wind bridge. A relatively easy and quick fix.

Hi Again guys, upon closer looking at the watch. There is a half moon shaped piece of metal that sits on top of the movement. I have watched the video on pure time and it seems to spin or rotate on top of the movement depending on which way the watch is moved? Mine is stuck in one position. This could be why it doesn't hold charge? Or is it totally unrelated?

If you can post some photos of the movement, I'm sure some of our experts will jump in and guide you better.
