No worries Ale. The pics that i posted are from gen 292s.

The REP 292 still has the case and crown issue. Gen has pointy edges and polished ceramic ring on the crown, but the rep doesnt.

I'd really like one of these.

However, I have a concern about unscrewing the crown every day for the winding process and then tightening it up again. Sounds like a stress problem between the crown tube and the ceramic case is just waiting to happen. Or am I worrying unnecessarily?

Just picked up this 292vO non pig on a m2m sale. V nice...case where arcs meet are a bit too pointed as ALE has pointed out in his guide. Other than that love it.

Looks great--new batches seem to have a larger Cannon Pinion...you may have yourself a rare super-rep.

@ALE I noticed that there is very small info about 292j with pig by ZF, most TD sites have it on sale/promotion, is it a bad rep? does it have real ceramic case/bezel and im not sure about the crown if it is ceramic/DLC/PVD?

This rep has nothing to offer over the current versions
Case is ceramic for sure, but no better than previous versions
NO info about the crown but I guess is non ceramic (not a big problem). Besides the crown has no polished rim like other versions
My main concern is the colour of the markrs and hand lume. That could be the reason for the big offer
