I've been wearing that same one all day. It glows like a torch when I come inside and look at it.

Have that watch, wore it on my wedding day (yes, I know, fashion faux pas). It's currently on a gunny Caitlin, but I want to get it back on a gator.

Guys, I am thinking about getting one of these. I was checking out puretime and I see there is a new version with an auto st19, which is suppose to be more reliable than the A7750. Here's the link: http://www.puretime.co/product/pam288-k-11-best-edition-st19/

What do you guys think? Which version should I go for?

hey set,

take a look at ales PAM guide - the st19 movement is NOT an upgrade for this watch - in f act it creates many more flaws. Stick with the 7750. this is a much better version of this watch and is considered a super rep.

Thanks for the tip. I just had enough issues with 7750's. I would like a chrono that I can use without a service or worry. :-(

The 7750's are problems when you have seconds at 6 - since the 288 only has subdials at 3 & 9 you should not have any issues what so ever. A lot of people have purchased this watch and have reviewed it here and so far there have been no issues as far as i know.

Also there is no date so you do not have to worry about having a recessed datewheel - another common flaw of the A7750.

The 7750s are still not without issue, as many of them come from the factory dry, dirty, and poorly assembled. If cleaned and put together right they're fine, but that's not always the case. I would rather have the st-19 if it didn't bring with it so many inaccuracies, but that being the case I think I'll stick with the 7750.

I have 5 watches at the moment with 7750's. All but 2 have some issue.

Guys
As said in the PAM GUIDE, the PAM 388 fitted with ST19 is a very good watch but not a very good replica due to some inaccuracies.
If you can live with these flaws the ST19 is surely more reliable. But... we are looking for good replicas... aren't we?
For good watches you would buy a quartz.

Yup. All of my a7750s have been serviced, but one still has a crappy power reserve. They're just not on the same quality level as the seagull eta clones.

In case anyone was wondering the strap I got from panatime was nice but didn't fit. It fit on the watch but was too wide at the clasp. So if you want to reuse the radiomir clasp it won't work but if you use the clasp it comes with its nice.

Yep, it's from Peter.watchacc. Not sure about the pig buckle, it might be a bit much for my tastes.

And yeah, I've had about 5 laser removal sessions on my arm. I like my tattoos, but getting one of my forearm at 22 was not my best decision.
