I ordered this Pam288k Radiomir Chrono from Toro and it just came in. I had him put it on the black croc strap with the black stitching since I liked it better than the lighter stitch (personal preference). First, Toro is an amazing dealer and I will be buying MANY more from him in the future. Super fast responses by email , super fast QC pics, and took exactly 14days from time of purchase to have it on my doorstep!
On to the watch... This is listed as a Super Rep and I can definetly see why. I sold a Pam177 to get this one and the build quality is just amazing. I can't find a single flaw with it. The dial is just beautiful and the AR is a nice touch(not too much not too little). You really have to see it in person to appretiate the depth of the dial. The 7750 movement has a nice smooth wind to it and I tested the chrono and it resets perfectly back to zero (I don't use my chrono but testing it for the review purpose). I can't comment on the timekeeping yet since it is so new. The Lume is spot on and glows like a torch as you can see in the pictures. Some people have issues with the crown not screwing down all the way but once you do it a few times and the o-ring settles it is perfect. I have NEVER gotten a compliment on my watch before and today two people said something .
The rep leather is not a $300 dollar gen strap so taking that into consideration its really not bad. I have it wrapped in the box around a hard pillow so it formed nicely and feels very nice on the wrist for what it is. The clasp opens and closes as it should and everything feels well put together.
I tried to take pictures to really show off the size and depth of the watch but if I missed something that someone would like to see let me know. On to the pics...
