PAM177 - Where do you buy replacement titanium crown?

My PAM177 movement finally broke after using it for 6 years, I've asked a local watchsmith to transplant the donor PAM111 to the PAM177 case. Unfortunately, the titanium crown seems to be broken as well and the watchsmith had to use the PAM111 crown in the 177. In the process, it looks like the fit with the PAM111 crown to the 177 is not so good, either the stem is short or the new o-ring is not a good match, the PAM177 lost its waterproofness.

Does anybody know where to buy a replacement titanium crown and o-ring size for the PAM177? I've tried asking helenarou and checked Getat website, they don't have the spare titanium crown.

Last time a few months ago, I bought a titanium crown for 6497 from DSN, it looked like this:
When contacting, you should check with him why you want to use it, and perhaps he will immediately give a suitable tube, if necessary, or maybe it will fit without replacing the tube. They may be different, but in the current situation, I would not pick and choose and take what is. Not the best time to look for titanium bettarini parts, unfortunately.
