Hello, long time ago I bought the PAM127 E ZF 1:1 Best Edition on Brown Leather Strap A6497 with Y-Incabloc

It's been losing time very quickly for example, it can lose about 5 minutes over just 2 hours. I had it temporarily fixed a year or two ago by a watchmaker (a Mexican guy) who mentioned that a part needed to be replaced. He did a temporary repair which held up for a while, but now the problem has come back and the watch no longer keeps accurate time. really love this watch it was my first replica watch that bought in 2018 if remember good, it's sentimental

I would like to know where can I buy the entire movement or the wheel balance ?
( Off course the best quality )

ZF usually use ST3600 that they then decorate ad hoc to get the look of the original OPXI.
You should buy an ST3600 on AE for about $40 and use it for spares. You can simply take each piece, including the balance wheel, and mount it on your caliber, so as to maintain the original look. However, it is strange, it is a very robust caliber, if it wastes your time, it probably just needs careful maintenance, especially the balance wheel,... if the hairspring is intact, perhaps it just needs lubrication in the incabloc
