If your scratch on the buckle is the bare metal under the coating, then you will hardly be able to do anything with it in good quality, fortunately, this is not the most valuable part.

The ceramic case cannot be scratched, unless chipped. Yes, the ceramics are completely black, and inside too.
However, if a metal object is rubbed against matte ceramics, you may see light streaks, but it is simply metal rubbed onto the ceramics. You can clean it off from the ceramic case.

I think the easiest way is to use Ali, or Ebay, to find a replacement. It will be any 22mm PVD / DLC buckle.

When choosing, pay attention that it is on a screw rod, not a springbar, and also branded.
