I have one of these coming in, not too fussed about the inaccuracies as I have had a 682 from XF & still own a 683 from VSF - both are gorgeous watches and I love the Submersible in a 42mm case.
While there are certainly flaws, I've come to appreciate how nuanced the details can be when you look close enough, but I try to stay conscious of the fact that almost nobody else has the eye for these flaws - nor could spot them at a wrists distance.
(however, having tried on gen 973 it does wear a bit slimmer on wrist than the rep does...)
You've really selected an excellent choice of strap - really pairs perfectly! I've been completely motivated to try and source one for my 1055 now...
