pam running fast

I have a pam that i bought used that is running a bit fast. Anyone know how I would go about tweaking the movement?

in my section under watch service ,i believe there is a thread that shows how to tweak a watches speed a bit, but keep in mind if it is running real fast then it will take more than a few ticks plus or minus , if u cant find it email me and i will send u some pics to show u how to do a minor adjustment
