H fac and factory lume. I have 6.5" wrists and had it on the second to last hole with no problems. Just get it and try it out.

Well I recently sold it to Q5 , but I miss it so I'm buying another one if that answers your question.
Oh ok, that does answer my question. I'm waiting for mine to arrive and I'm pretty excited to get it. My biggest concern is that the lume isnt going to be good because my subs lume is non-existant.
People avoiding rubber strap because of bad rep rubber strap ?
The accordian rubber strap completely blow my mind... Excellent quality and comfortable to wear.
Everything about it was so accurate. I saw a post in 2009 regards to the rep 243...and now 3 years later. This is definately a keeper.
Moreover its only taken with a Galaxy S2... looks fabulous in real-life.

To me an ammo strap looks 10x better on the 243 above

The rubber vs leather is just a different look. I like to keep it on rubber and just have a nice brown leather to swap it to depending on what I'm wearing, but I prefer the industrial look on rubber.
Depends on your style .some people's business casual is more radiomir on gen leather and some is dive watch...

Overtime if you love the watch I am sure you will start to research other strap options
Get a good proper 1.6 blade screwdriver and swapping straps are a breeze on this watch
You will probably start with black leather cheapie straps and gradually work you way up to the higher end makers in browns, exotics and ammos
Unlike any other brand there is an entire industry for aftermarket leather straps for Panerai
If not for easy strap changes and if only rubber straps were available I would own 1 Pam and not have a desire to own more
The straps make and transform the look of the watch
Just buy 1 you will either not care for it or love the look of it and end up spending much more on various straps than you did on the rep watch

I think if you don't think 45's watch above looks better than the same watch on rubber than you should go with another brand

True, but I still wear the rubber sometimes, admittedly less since I got my gunny Egypt! This is the first leather strap I've actually liked, before that it was just rubber and gator straps.

Is that a young brindle Boxer ? We have a 5 month old brindle and she looks identical.
He is a brindle Boxer, but he's almost 6 years old. They're the sweetest, in many respects dumbest, goofiest dogs in the the world. Love 'em.
yup I do have a gator strap for it and going to get a leather one probably from Kain Heritage. Just stressing how good is the accordian strap provided.
