Why do you want a black CP? Gen is silver... just get the TD you are ordering from to source you a set of Radiomir hands from H or Noob, and do the hand swap like i did.

You do know the big CP is just a cap, right ? and there is a regular CP underneath when you pop off the minute hand. If you have the ability to get into the watch and steady hand to paint a CP then you absolutely can do a hand swap.

Thanks for the advice. My QC pic just came in. I'll ask my TD to send a set of Radiomir Hands. Is there a watch model I should ask for? yours PAM643 looks perfect !!

I think a set from any 'similar' Radiomir would work; 292, 210, 183, 380, etc... Just make sure they're from H or Noob of course.

You really just need the minute hand, as the hour hand is normal, but to make sure the lume matches you may as well get both.

DSN can probably source you a set if your TD can't/won't help.

Great advice. Yours looks perfect. What factory are those hands from?

I tried this on at an AD and it was amazing. It was my #1 watch in the store. Great to find a good rep.

Im actually not sure, I think they might be from DSN. I got them from Oncyte, another board member here. I was visiting and he had them in his parts bin, so when I saw them thats when i had the idea that the big CP could possibly be a cap, and I got the idea to try the swap....one of few gambles that actually paid off.

TD contacted KW boss and says there's no black CP. I'm ok with that. I'll live with silver for now. I still love that watch

You are asking the TD the wrong question... you do not want hands with a black CP. That does not exist anywhere.

You need a regular set of Radiomir hands with No CP cap. Remove the 643 hands (and throw them in the trash), polish the original H3 CP that is hidden under the minute hand cap, and install the new hand set.
