The gen looks like it has 3 or more shades of carbon in the light reflection.. but the rep looks like it's just 2 tone carbon.

I agree with most, it's too busy for a PAM. And once you get a certain distance away, it could be just about any other all black watch (just my impressions)

never noticed it before but according to the video, this watch uses spring bars in the lugs? there's no quick release or screws

Yea agree, gen looks like it has more tone. Maybe different in lighting. Anyone ordered yet?

It looks like so, you would need a pin pusher tool. Looking at gen photos its the same way.

so from the video we can see clearly that this rep only have 2 shade of carbon color....I'm sure there will be another version of this....

After this video, I have a strange feeling that the bezel is not "clean" , it is a good attempt but obviously they do not have the technology yet from the GEN but with a lil more R&D they should be able to produce a 3 shades FC for this PAM.

Just NO for me at present but hopeful if a v2 version comes around...

I totally agree to fire.
I really love this watch and would buy it instantly, but not with that quality of the bezel.
In the video it looks as if someone had "painted" the stripes with a big edding marker and a trembling hand.
So compared to the GEN the REP is miles away.
I hope we will see a better one very soon and I will be the first to pull the trigger...

The gen is not yet released, only introduced at SIHH but yet not seen at any AD around the globe ... so I do appreciate the fact, that the rep factory is way faster in getting this to us

I think the outcome for now is gorgeous and I already sent a want-to-buy-mail to my TD
