I would say quite different, main would be pig dial, hands and case back, I have to say I love the gold hands on my 390.

As i can See the H-Factory has a Flat and polished CP and lume looks much better...

Its difficult to compare those pics regarding the lume. DSN lume is probably the same as for example the ones at Trustys site. One bright pic and one dark, you cant tell which one is better IMOopcorn:

If you look closely at the dial you will see The Human Torpedo/Maiale/Pig Insignia is Hot Pressed out from Dial..
