1st purchase...

I received the watch from Lucy on Friday.
It took over a month to get it. Her customer service was really good.
Now 3 days after I received it the watch is not working. It goes for a bit then stops.
needless to say that I am not happy.
I know it's not her fault and she has been fantastic.
It's just a burden now having to send it back so soon.

Anyone had a similar situation?

Of course. I'm not new at this I've had several replicas in the past. The quality is just not there anymore. Before they used to be tough meaning the movement was built to last. I had a pam 196 that was simply a beast so was the submersible . I've had radiomirs and those weren't built as well. Flaky movements. This one seems to be of the same make.
