Some will opted the 7750s, and some other will choose the seagulls. Are they both reliable? Yes they are

On 7750
1. On pam 312 the second hand is @9 (reliable).
2. On pam 312 there is no chrono function (reliable).
3. Easy to fix (enough said).

On seagull (st2555/23j)
1. Has known for its stability (reliable).
2. Balance whele @6 o'clock (close to the gen which is @7 o'clock (strong gen factor compare to 7750).
3. Cheap movt.

hi ale, i went to intime to purchase the pam 312 seagull that you recommended in the link... however the qc pic shows a big gap between the lever and crown bridge. i've seen much better in other reps... is this acceptable? i'm thinking of rejecting it. thank you for your input!

here is the qc vs. photo from their website

Hi guys!

I ordered my first rep pam 2 days ago, many thanks to the Pam guide by ALE.It is a big help to newbies like me on this hobby.
I also received my qc pictures yesterday, and I'm in doubt on the CG lever gap with the CG.Is the gap here acceptable as what hppzz posted?
All your inputs are highly appreciated.

Thank you!

PAM 351 is a magnificent watch and very good rep. It is one of my preferred.
Unfortunately, for a daily use it is very difficult to keep it without scratches.
It is better to have at least 6 - 7 watches before get a PAM 351
If you have them no worries

This is my 359 crown guard maybe not so perfect , franking speaking nobody will see that's part unless someone is really expert or going to examine your watch .
