I just receive my first PAM a PAM 312 from KW with SEAGULL ST2555.

The REP is excellent, but I have a problem, it only works when I manually wind it, if I don't wind, the watch stop even if I wear it.

I'm not a watch expert, but is look like there is a problem with the balance wheel, that is not installed correctly. Atached the picture.

Any suggestion?

Yes, look like to me also, but can I do it myself, there is any procedure or special consideration to do it?

Never had the issue so I am not sure of the fix. But, just FYI that is the rotor not the balance wheel.

I think there is nothing serious and you can do yourself, the main thing for you to open the caseback. If you do not believe in their abilities, then take it to a watch specialist, but tell it is a replica, because you can be doublecharge.

Thanks, I opened it and I found glue under the rotor to fix it, so the question is how do you glue it back ? any recommended glue or epoxy ?

The central cup with three screws is a false decoration cup to be glued. Screws are false too. This cup is off the center and doesn't allow rotation of the rotor
You have to remove the cup then the rotor should rotate completely free.

If after removing the decoration cup the rotor doesn't rotate completely free, you have to find the cause and fix the issue

When the rotor rotates completely free, place again the cup in its place with a bit of glue, just a bit in the inner part, because glue mustn't touch the parts with rotation. See pics on the thread

Maybe glue sticks to be heated by a special gun is the best choice of glue. I don't know the exact English name, sorry
