so on HW models they switched to satin, around 2005, and on AW bettarini they left polished parts. At the same time, there are also completely satin steel bettarini models, but this is rather an exception to the general rule.

Do you know which Bettarini models have the satin finish? I like the look and might add one to my collection (and I know it would probably need to be a custom build, not a factory rep).

If you are talking about what is currently produced by the HWF factory, then I believe it is only PAM177. Otherwise, there were a lot of titanium models with full satin finish from different factories, such as HW (PAM061, PAM036, PAM056, etc.) and AW (PAM089, PAM057, PAM091, PAM326), there really aren't that many steel ones, but there was PAM086 from DSN, PAM356, for example.
