I live about 10 miles from the seller, I even share the same surname (no relation), may pop along and burst the bubble.

We should just bid it up though, then refuse to buy. If eBay will not take it down then this is the next best thing.

That happens quite a lot with a couple sellers I know. They report the seller to eBay several times. If eBay refuses to take down the auction, they bid to win and then refuse on the grounds of misrepresentation. One of the sellers told eBay that they he did not claim gen and just forgot to put the word replica in the listing. Guessing he got his account cancelled since he was an online dealer trying to sell new product.

If you read the listing he says " it's 100% genuine " !!

Just asked him how he knows it's gen if there is no box or papers , ie does he have invoice or letter from an AD so let's see what he comes back with !

Probably taken down by eBay after the complaints filed. I would bet it pops back up in a new auction.
