So to summarize, the benefits of this "confirmed v3" over previous versions are as follows:
1. Roller on CG lever
2. Guarantee of all previous improvements rather than random luck (Pre-V hands, square CG corners, deep caseback engraving)
Sound about right? Not sure if it's worth the $20 increase.

+1The $20 extra is probably to pay for there new sweat shop, relocation after the raids, or maybe to grease the palms of the local police:mob:

Good summary !!
It is worth the 20$ increase?
Really not.
But this price continues beeing a very good price !!
Some years ago we would have paid 1000$ for that !!
It is a similar case to HBB V6 reps.

Very good point, I can remember when LHero was selling the Pam 111 for $1200, and these where snapped up in the sales thread in an instant, now look at them they sit for days, sometime's weeks not selling.
Now all we need is the incabloc mod, getting this from the noob factory would just finish this rep off, not sure why they won't do it considering all the recent movement improvements.

This is not Toro we are talking with. This is somebody helping him and this person should have their own member account.
I'm a noob and haven't purchased any reps yet (doing my reading) but the impression I've got over the last few days is that the 'factories' know precisely what the faults are (after all, they strip down every single part and replicate them 1:1 if my understanding is correct) but choose to bring incremental updates just like Apple so they can cash in from the success of certain models (PAM111 in this case).
Understandable but if they can make it 95% identical, I'm sure they can cobble together the remaining %!
Most parts were maded in different factories by sub-suppliers and assembled in the so call H or N factories.
Those sub-suppliers will only start manufacture when certain amounts of quantity are made. For instead if N factory needs the swan neck screw, they need to order minimum 5000 pcs.
When those screw came out shorter than what they expected, do you think they will throw all away and order a new batch? NO..they would use the shorter screw until it run out and hope the next batch will be better.
