All I know is that quite a few people have complained about very low reserve on the 111 watches received from TDs this past 3-4months (current batch of so called "v4").

This year, I personally had x2 so called "v4" with very very low reserve.

Another member PM'd me with the same low reserve issue and said that he had another 111 with low reserve.

And now OP is complaining about low reserve on his watch. I'm sure there is a thread elsewhere where somebody also asks about low reserve on 111.

Of course it might just be coincidental data or we don't know how to use manual wind watches heheheh

Eh, did you read the OP's post though? :lmao: The description of the problem might be the same ("low power reserve") but the conditions behind the statement can be wildly different.

Yeah, like many members that have commented, my experience with my PAM 111 is 56 hours on the power reserve. I think if its too low you might have to get it checked or serviced. And also, watch winders are not meant for manual wind movements. It only winds an automatic movement because it moves the rotor clockwise or anti-clockwise depending on your winder setting, therefore winding the movement up. A manual movement does not have the rotor. It just winds by manually turning the crown, hence the name. Hope this helps! :)

It's as simple as you have to wind it to the max, till It won't wind anymore to get maximum power reserve of 48- 56 hours. Usually 70-80 winds with mine.

For those who are afraid to wind til it won't stop, DON'T BE SCARED! The Unitas clones are built like tanks, and the metal ribbon that you're winding up is bombproof. I easily get 50+ hours.

I dont ever wind it til I cant. Will try that. Other reps I own only take a few winds and they are good to go for days. WIll try this. Thanks for feedback

Op.....
One day you will read this post that you made and realize just how rediculous you sounded.

Kind of like when you call up the computer repair guy and the conversation goes something like this:
Me: umm, my computer won't start.
Him: please check to see that your computer is plugged in.
Me: duh

Lol

Btw
I get about 55 hrs or so on mine as well
