PAM 111 Ultimate many pics

I bought PAM 111 Ultimate from a China website,
It cost USD 340 , ship free,
sorry my English is not so well and these pics are take by cell phone ,too.

this movement is very good, +6 seconds/day, the crown wheel revolve very smooth and very great feel.
The dial detail although looks not so accurate to gen but it is neat and exquisite I'm quite like this dial,(see pics below),

I want to ask some questions here: the problems are
1)AR coating is too overkill, I tried to remove outside AR by use acetone several times but it's still the same (see pics below) I don't know how to open case back and how to remove movement to work on inside AR , I also want to upgrade the AR coating,

2) the CG pin is point fake also(see pics) ,

3) the PANERAI letters on the movement of back are drity(see pics)

4) The hands are not clean , have some white burr(see pics)

5) the rubber strap collects dust easy, is gen Panerai rubber strap do the same also?

Is that possible to send this watch to someone to modification these flaws above ?
I really love this watch except these flaws above, so If any member here who konw where to modification this watch the sametime please kindly let me know! Thank you very much!!

This is the exact watch that D4M sells for $190, you got ripped off here my friend..

the flaws you mentioned are not flaws at all in the replica sense, you can approach vac to do a luming as well as a cleanup if you must..

I got ripped off!! Because their website use better pics than this so I thought I will get that better one is worth this price, but it is not!
and I do have returned a watch once to them but they still send the same level watch to me, I think this is the best they can do, and I can't do anything with it.
due to I overpaid the money, the only thing I can do now is make it better!

Matsuki, do not beat yourself so hard. Without magnifier, the watch looks very nice. But all reps need a better strap. Many strap dealers on RWI have very nice 24mm PAM straps for you.

Your Swan Neck has slipped on top of the dagger, it needs to be pushed down.

for the record, I sell it for $175 + $25 shipping EMS. this exact same identical model.

if your camera phone took those pictures, you have a very nice camera inside your phone! Those are very nice pictures!

Dear Daytina4me: I should give the matter some secondthoughts before to buy this watch , but it's too late now... these pics on many website tell lies, it's hard to
differentiate, only pay my money to learn my lessons.
Thank you for remind me that Swan Neck thing, but I don't have any tool to open case back so I can't push the Swan Neck down, BTW ,what is the Swan Neck work?
The cell phone that I use to take these pics is SamSung I908 ,It's 5.0 mega pixel with CMOS camera! I thought my pics in here is not that good

dose Vac willing to mod watch came form other dealer like this?
And how many mod options Vac can do for customer like me?
Would he touch up these burr hands and the PANERAI letters on the movement of back?
About the CG , should I just request to flush flat the pin or replace a whole CG unit and the crown wheel is better?
About this bad AR glass, what is Vac general to do with? Can Vac use chieftang's AR coating?

d'you think his problem with the dreck on the rubber strap will get a little better as it simply ages?? I'd think the strap would be tackier when new and that would diminish a bit w/time, but I have no direct experience w/this strap...

Matsuki – I think you should consider you got a good (& relatively cheap) learning experience. It could have been worse!!!

I suggest you trace his email address and talk to him directly, mate. I wouldn't worry too much anyway. There are wicked modders in here, if you are willing to wait and feel like throwing in a few extra bucks your watch will soon be close to perfection. I have to say that it doesn't look too faulty to me even as it is. It's a good watch.

I will say this about your strap, I have the same strap and they do attract dust.
Just the way it is unfortunately. You can't really do anything about this except to get a different leather strap of some kind.

I sent this watch to Vac to do some modifications, here are my modification options list to do on this watch:
1. Chief double AR (Vac said it need 12 weeks to wait!! because there are lots of crystals need to install...)
2. New CG and adjust the crown to sit closer to the case.
3. Install the correct ETA cannon pinion polished top
4. Relume (Dose Vac usually use C1 or C3? which one is closer to the gen?)
and I do not to replace the dial, I want to use this old dial on this watch.
Clean the movement paint
Clean the hands sides
This is my first time to send watch for modification, I'm very look forward to Vac's work and when this watch come back, I'll post some pictures here!
