But my wrist is only 6 inches. The dealer asked me how many holes to make in addition?

I am confused since additional holes will make holes on "OFFICINE" :O

Don't get any extra holes.

Just buy the watch with a rubber strap. Wait however long for delivery, then assess the watch and strap.
