Hello everyone,

I am buying a Pam 111 v3.
Does anybody have an idea of what is the length of the strap it comes with?
Do all the types of strap from Noob have same length?
What about the asso model.is it from noob?

Thanks

115/75 mm

Asso too, unless you order, if possible, XL asso

(but hey, who wants a rep strap? , get a nice aftermarket or custom made strap from one of our fine strapmakers!)

Well, if the strap is still too loose, you can always add another hole. :)

Take the rep strap, and shred it. You don't want to wear that crap !

The rep strap is god awful to wear and very uncomfortable on the wrist. I would go out and buy an aftermarket strap, it honestly makes all the difference

I would wait until you have the rubber in hand, then you can properly measure the distance you may need.
A thicker strap may need to be a little longer, keep that in mind.

Some like the tail to be more prominent than others and wrap 3/4 around others like it to end shortly after the buckle. It is all personal preference.
OEM straps are not made/designed to have tail.

Once you have the rubber on the wrist you can figure out the rest, anything else would be guesswork.

After you own a few different straps you will see how they differ. But you should order your watch with a Rep Rubber. Those are the only rep straps worth using.

Okay thank you. I will go with the rubber strap.
But i found a strap which seems to be good. It is called Asso strap. Anyone heard of it?

By the way, is it possible to have shorter rep strap? For instance, the rep rubber strap is i think 115/75. But is it possible to have shorter?

Regards.

Rep straps come in the normal size. Wait till you get your watch, and try it on.

This is the best advice. While I understand your desire to shop for a strap before you receive the watch, you will not have a informed decision about what other strap you may want until you try on the one that comes with the rep.

As an aside, even if the rep strap fits perfectly, you may not like the color or feel of it, hence the need to get another strap anyways.

But is the Asso strap a rep strap too or is it an aftermarket strap?

And which rep strap is the thickest?

Thanks! I really need answers to those questions. Thanks! :p

Asso strap is made in rep form and gen form
All of us advising are aware of the rep asso and still advising rubber
Out of all possible rep straps not rubber for Panerai the asso is the best one

Anything aftermarket would either be gen or would not be Panerai branded
That would not be legal and is not done by the legal aftermarket strap makers

Why are you caring about thickness on the rep strap?
Rep straps that come on the watches you cannot customize the length
Aftermarket strap makers can built a strap to any length and punch holes per your instructions

I think that thicker strap is better for smaller wrists? but i might be wrong.

From what i guessed, you think that the rubber one is better than the Asso one?

What would you have chosen at my place if you had a really small wrists and if you would have kept on using the same rep strap for quite a long time?

You are not listening to the most important piece of advice. Order it with the rubber strap, and wait till you have the watch in hand, to see how it fits. There are a lot of things that can happen once you follow through with this. You may decide that the watch doesn't work for you, and not need any straps whatsoever. It's good to listen to advice from those who have gone through this.

When that happens, sell your 111 to me.

Seriously, some sage advice has been given. Heed them well.
