Hi guys im not very sure what caused this but the watch is not running properly due to the seconds hand issue, as we can see most probably the seconds hand grind the dial and left those marks and might be the dial loosen?

Is there any way to fix this? Im willing to learn how to take out the movment and fix this :)

Ahh man the marks left on the dial will probably stay unless something is done to re-finish it. For the seconds hand itself you'll have to check that it's not bent, then reseat it at the correct height, assuming the cannon pinion (the thing that holds the hands in the correct place) is ok.

You could probably find a proper guide if you look around, but basically, get a rubber ball or something sticky to twist the unscrew the caseback, then depress a button to release the crown and unscrew the movement tabs. That should allow you to pop out the movement and access the front.

Were the marks on the dial present when you received the watch? If the piece is new you may want to drop the td a message to see what can be done.

This may help.

Thanks for the guide and information! These marks happened few days ago and this is not a new watch, i bought it like 1year+ ago. Luckily pam movement is easy to release and take it out . . . i will try use my loupe to see what is the damage and post some pictures :( i really hope those markings are able to clean it off, what i observed these two days those markings are the cause of my seconds hand to stuck and stopped !

Were you able to remove the dial and clean off some of the lume? I've dealt with that issue before and I was able to clean off quite a bit. It wasn't perfect, but definitely a lot better than white streaks around the sub dial.

If you'd like to message me privately here, please do... otherwise you can request servicing and relume on my site.
