yes, they are amazing. A must have for any true paneristi...I was lucky enough to get one fitted with a ETA 2893-2 movement.
Mine was used as a base for a 29A build, but the interior debate about which series was nicer is still going on 
As stated above, most of the NOOB PAM029 M series were equipped with the Asian 2824-2. There were also variants equipped with the Swiss ETA2824-2, both from the factory and custom from some dealers and manufacturers.
There were also A and B series from DSN and EL. A series from DSN could be with both Swiss and Asian 2824, and EL B series had 2893-2.

PAM029 is something that I'm after..... but when opportunity arised I'm reluctant to pursue it. I can't understand myself sometimes.

Fantastic rep, so good that is the only one in my collection that deserved a gen rubber strap. Many will disagree and consider rep strap is good enough but IMO it’s not, not for this watch.
