Pagani Design PD-1701 Review: A Homage to the Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch

I've kept this one. Bought in April 2021 and still works perfectly. Original battery, too, but it is stored with the crown pulled out.

The only reason I don't buy more is that they don't really satisfy the itch and end up sitting in their box.

That’s the issue with homages.

For me, they will only exist as donors for budget builds. For that purpose they are awesome

Understandable, I still think that it is a great and stunning looking watch.

Right now I’m diving more into homage watches.

I actually have the same pagani. One of the reasons besides pricing was to check if I liked it enough to buy the gen. However I have just rralized that there is a date on the dial . Saya 26th....well..... I can't explain why I have never seen it. Shame on me.

What I can say is that I have been blown away by the quality of Pagani cases. This one should not be an exception

That’s nice to hear man. If you are going to some projects with it, I actually have a Pagani speedy case left.

Allegedly there is a new V2 Watchdives WD1861 that is portrayed as a better homage both in similarity and quality.

You need to do the pusher extension.

That’s cool, i recently changed the cased on a Speedmaster lookalike watch und even tho the pushers work, everyone i push the setback pusher it pushes back to the postition of 5sec. Instead
