Hi my friends

This comparison is a little different, we got a 36mm black gen oyster-p but clean hasn’t release it, so we take the Tiffany blue instead. There is also Tiffany Gen dial as reference at the bottom.

For the black one, we can only focus on the shape of case and bracelet, dial printing, markers and hands. I will let you guys see yourselves.

The Gen Tiffany has been through a rough time, it oxidized a lot and the blue went darker after that. Even then it’s not hard to see that the blue tone is mostly accurate for other two Clean dials.

Good day

Is the dial on the far left of the 3 with the dinghy lume the Gen dial?

that is gen
The Gen looks rough. I’ve never seen a Gen with so many flaws. That’s why I asked. Smeared paint is something I would never have expected but they are the less expensive models

Thanks for the extensive review.
Between gen and rep it goes back and forth in regard to what is done better.
But in the end the clasps gives it away big time, which I don´t understand.
The engravings there are one of the easier parts to do in a gen-like way.
Strange to me.

Will the genuine dial fit smoothly into the CF case?
Probably not, this is a 41mm. But, changes are the 3230 for the 36mm got the same stuff going on:

I have to agree, apart from the crown on the rehaut, I think the Clean has a much better finish overall.

Thanks, the misaligned indices on the dial of my clean OP are really bothering me, and I'm considering either replacing the dial or having someone align the indices. Do you know anyone in the EU who does this?

I recently bought a 41mm VSF OP and also a gen. silver/gold dial with gen. gold hands.
Will let you know! 😎

Sounds like an awesome setup! That genuine dial and hands combo should really elevate the look. Definitely keep me posted. I'd love to hear how it turns out! 😎
