Other options beside rubber strap on Concord C1?

I have seen some amazing gen leather and steel bands for the C1, Any ideas on a aftermarket solution? About to pull trigger on a C1

Mesh makes just about every watch look good. Try ebay. That's where I got mine

I was looking for a C1 leather strap but couldn't find it anywhere.

IMO the mesh won't go well with the C1 due to the extensive use of rubber. Besides don't know whether mesh can be connected to it due to the shape of the watch near lugs.
