OT: HELP! How hard is it to set up wireless Internet?

I have tried several brands of wireless routers and found Belkin is the easiest to install. The netopia and lynksys are a pain in the arse. The belkin literally takes 3 minutes to set up and there is no need to install any software once the wireless card is installed. Be sure to use the encryption so noone can highjack your connection.

Once drivers are installed on any hardware, there's no additional software to be installed. Belkin, Linksys, Netgear, even Apple ... all make exceedingly fine wireless kit. You don't need to get one brand for all parts, either. I've used Netgear routers with Apple and Belkin cards, for instance.

i use lynksys and it was plug and play for me. i had a d-link before that and it was a piece of crap.

That their kit works with Windows networks. Most shoppers would assume it's a Mac only thing.

I see what your saying, I was just hoping it wasn't apple libel. I live and die by the Mac so I was gonna have to open up a jar of Apple sauce.
