I wanted it REALLY bad, but it was just after I purchased my SMP, so I had to pass on it.

I almost had a TT1 Titan Chrono for just under a grad too, but I was the 2nd buyer, and the 1st guy didn’t back out.

I am guessing I might be mistaken then, I assumed this was the new Oris Carlos Coste LE, with orange markers. It is not? As I wrote, I can´t see the pictures.

The cheapest I have seen the new Carlos Coste is 2250... used. On timezone.

Jay just confirmed to me that his worker made a mistake as he measured only the bezel (which is 44mm). Case has correct size.

At home now. It is the new Carlos Coste. The rep looks pretty good I must say. I might get it just for fun. The original do not come on a rubber strap, only comes on titanium bracelet.

And, if anyone have seen these one at 1600, or even better, 1300, give me a pm. I am picking up one more because a friend wants one.

Don't get me wrong. The watch is worth the price.

300 Dollars for Silix shipped in
160 Dollars for a really good Kent Parks re-lume
460.00 total for an asian movement watch that will need to be serviced.

The gen has a 3195.00 retail and usually sells at 2500.00 new. I have never seen a used price as low as everyone has stated here but I am sure it's true. I would just assume go with the gen. on this piece.
Buying a Rep with no engraving on the side of a limited edition watch is a dead giveaway! Especially when it will be facing out for the world to see and the radiused bezel insert is screaming faux.

It's a great looking watch! To each his own, heck I would drop 300 on the new Asian Corum Chrono so pick your poison.

in comparison to the other super reps I think you're better off spending the same money for a cousteau or something along those lines, since though it does look attractive it's still farther off from the gen than we're used to.

I am most tempted to buy gen of this than any other... I will especially be keeping an eye out for used Costa's...didn't know they were somewhat (!) affordable.
