From my experience, when you send payment (paypal) include a memo including an email address for all correspondence. Lay will then email you QC pics and shipping info when available. It was an unusually pleasant experience with Lay.

Lay is saying he'll be away until about the 3rd week of feb, or that's how long it will take him to go through any back orders after he gets bk from the Chinese new year.

I was about to say the shipping charge on RM website is $900.00 usd. That was my clear indication that he was in CYN mode and didn't want to be bothered. I am waiting on him to return to place my next order........and Happy New Year to everyone in China. Don't party too hard.

Actually it's probably a damn good thing. I was soooo tempted to pull the trigger on 2-3 watches before I'd even received my first one. This way at least I can get the first rep and judge quality from there.

I think Lay was spotted at the 2011 SIHH so he should be back after that with some goodies.

Got my Milgauss this morning and it is perfect.
Packaged well and just looks and feels top quality. So comfortable and I really like the white dial.

Just watching a great french film called "Priceless" with Audrey Tautou and it has a very funny scene where someone was bought an expensive watch.
What a great day I'm having. Sipping JD and coke and looking at my Rolex every 10 mins.

Hi,

Does anyone know if Lay is away at the moment.
I ordered and paid for a Rolex Milgauss a week ago and Lay said he would send QC pics and a video shortly. No pics have come as yet.
I've sent 2 emails to ask when the QC pics are due but have heard nothing.
I know he has an excellent reputation here and he may be very busy, so I'm not that concerned.
Was just hoping to hear an update even if the order doesn't miss the delay caused by the CNY.

Any Ideas?
