Hi,

Does anyone know if Lay is away at the moment.
I ordered and paid for a Rolex Milgauss a week ago and Lay said he would send QC pics and a video shortly. No pics have come as yet.
I've sent 2 emails to ask when the QC pics are due but have heard nothing.
I know he has an excellent reputation here and he may be very busy, so I'm not that concerned.
Was just hoping to hear an update even if the order doesn't miss the delay caused by the CNY.

Any Ideas?

Have you checked your spam folder, before emptying it? Their e-mails end up there pretty often, apparently.

No hes not away, just busy. I bought and paid for an HBB All Black II, last night received my QC Pics and video w/ timegrapher so he's working through orders.

Hmmm, well have you tried the normal noob way of dealing with these situations? You know, start a thread to warn us all, bad mouth the dealer and rant as to the horrible service you're 'enduring'...?

It won't work - don't get me wrong, but it's the latest craze... Well done for having some tact..

It'll be fine mate... If all else fails, just flick a quick PM to a mod and they'll get you answers...

I ordered from him on Sunday, recieved Qc pics on Tuesday(my 1665 SD seems to running at +1 sec on avg) and he has responded promptly to all my email pm's and inquires. I must say that I am quite pleased by his customer service. Shoot him a pm.

I just logged onto my account with Replicamake and it shows the watch was dispatched 2 days ago and there are links to 4 QC pics and a video.

I'm sorry for bothering you all but I thought I would get the Pics to my email address.

Lay is top notch guy, placed my order on 13/01 and today 20/01 watch is cleared from UK customs. Now waiting for the registered airmail from UK to Greece!

I just waited 11 days between payment and QC pics, during which time I pulled out most of my hair. Lay is obviously a good guy to deal with, but I admit I have trouble with waiting.

I have noticed that he does not email you or PM you when the watch has shipped. Other than that the service is GREAT with Lay!
