Aaaaanyway, my advice is: Ask the TD. Because the TD will check and tell you what those marks are. Also, why would the TD (who is a TD, yes?) supply a watch that's different to the one you specified and paid for? Ask them to confirm it's the watch you paid for.
Do these simple things, and there's no need to waste everyone's time here.
