Ordered President Day Date in Yellow Gold

Just ordered the Rolex President Day Date in yellow gold last night for my dad. I couldn't wait until Christmas. This watch was not on Tony's website, so I asked if he could get ahold of it with the 2836 movement. He got back to me within an hour saying he could get it and how much it was. Payment went through this morning and he said he will send the Q.C. pics when he gets it. I have had nothing but excellent communication from Tony and my Explorer II that I got from him last month is an exceptional piece. I will keep an update on the delivery here and post pics too. I recommend Asian7750 very highly.

People new to this just keep in mind there is a time difference and the T.D.'s are not on their computers 24/7, so sometimes it may take some time to get a response to a question. But Tony, like the other T.D.'s will respond, so just be patient.

Thank you Tony again for the great service. I'm looking forward to giving this to my dad. It's been his favorite Rolex model for a very long time.

Thank you Rich and Aneki, Tony is very good, and I'm so happy he was able to come up with this watch for me. My dad went through some pretty bad times and had to give up his gen president. My dad is very impressed with my explorer, so I know he will love this.

Another thing for new people buying a rep. And I'm sure this has been said on this site. Call your bank and let them know you will be making an international purchase. My bank automatically denies the payment, and then they contact me, and then I have to redo the whole order after telling the bank that I am the one making the purchase. This was a pain in the ass when I bought my first rep. and it delayed the whole process another 3 days.

So this time I called my bank this time, and let them know that I was going to make an international purchase. So they noted my account so that it would accept the payment. So, I ordered it last night, and by this morning the payment had gone through. This went much smoother and saved a lot of hassle.

Received the Q.C. Pics from Tony today. It is stunning. It is exactly the same president that my dad had. He is going to be surprised to say the least. Tony came through once again. Now the nail biting and nerve racking wait for the long trip this watch has to get here.

THanks for pointing that out. I do know that it is a date just. I have so many watch things going on right now it's confusing. lol. I am getting the day date for myself in stainless steel next week. and I probably had that in the back of my mind when I was writing this. Thank you guys. It has the Asian 2836 movement. I was very happy with this movement in my explorer II so went with it again, and also with my day date soon here.

How long does it take from when ordering from tony to get it to the us ? Thanks a ton ..

I ordered this watch on the 3rd and it got here from CHina on the 13th(yesterday) 10 days. My last watch took 10 days too I believe. You cannot always expect to get it that fast though. The shipping routes take time, Customs takes a lot of time sometimes. But as far as how fast tony gets the watch sent out? I paid, 2 days later he sent me the qc pics. I ok'd them, he sent me the tracking number within 8 hours. SO he is fast in that regard. But this whole process takes patience. Just remember that. Tony is very good and trustworthy. Tony did not have this watch advertiised. I asked if he could get ahold of it and in a day or two he replied saying he could get it, so, if there is not a watch on his website that you want he can get ahold of pretty much any of them.
