Video worked for me. Sounds like the rotor is a bit loose and rubbing. If you are handy with small screwdrivers not a major issue. I've never taken the back off a DIW case though.

I had this one sitting in my box for awhile and broke it out yesterday again, incredibly unique and beautiful watch, really pops with the oyster flex strap and gold buckle!!
