I want to clarify these things below,
1,friend,you ordered it from me indeed,you ordered a watch from me at before also,so I want to help you clarify about it too,
2,I send this watch to you on the early Dec,when you told me you got the empty box,I was prepared to went to the hospital for a surgery then,
I didn't work about a few weeks in that period of time,when you send me emails on the end of Dec and early of Jan,I was in the hospital still then,
so real sorry for missed your emails then,
3,when you said you got the package via DHL,my first reaction is that you didn't order the watch from me,
because my post man always told me DHL is very fast indeed,but the shipping cost is very expensive,
usually,shipping cost is more than $60 for a package,but my customers who ordered from me all know I always charges $40 for shipping fee,
the most important thing is DHL package have risk to pass the customs,to me,safe is the most important thing always,
so that's why I said I never used DHL to send the package out,
in recent years,my post man told me he send all my packages to Germany via a special line,
later,he told me it's call Germany DHL,but it's not that fast/expensive formal DHL,
so I thought if the package involved DHL,it was send to Germany for sure,
after I got your email,and checked your address,I feel strange also,so I made a call to my post man and told him this situation just now,
he told all packages send to Europe were send via triangular shipping,and most of packages were send through Germany,
they send packages to Germany first,then send from Germany to the final address,so maybe made the waybill on package you got involved DHL,
so I know it's a misunderstand now,so I want to clarify it honestly here,
4,these are my personal opinions,the previous watch you ordered from me is a SUB,that watch is more expensive than this order,
this order is a quartz watch,not expensive,last time,I picked a good SUB for you,did many work on that one for you,
so you told me you like it after got it,from that order,I can feel you are a very good customer also,
so for the second order between us,I think you no need to cheat me about it,so to me,I total trust you,
I think it's the same to me too,the first order,I got a good SUB for you,
so I don't need and won't cheat you for a cheaper quartz watch this time too,
all I want is just we can get more trust from each other via these orders,then we can have more business in the future,
but not cheat you for a quartz watch,then bring troubles to me,so hope you can trust me too,
5,I contacted my post man,he told me he can provide the waybill of the package when he send it out,
that waybill have the weight of the package,even if it's a quartz,which is not heavy,but he can prove it's not a empty box too,
all my packages were send out by him in these years,I have very good relationship with him also,so he won't cheat me for this one package too,
I met the package seized or lost,but to be honest,this is the first time I met the empty box situation also,
after talked with other dealers and my post man,we all thought maybe this package was stolen by someone,
in the pic you send to me,it only have the box and the white foam,
for my customers who ordered from me,and the first package you got from me,I think all of you know my package,
I always packaged the watch via transparent foam first,then packaged it via that white foam,then put it in the box,
but in your pic,I didn't see that transparent foam,so I think the watch should be stolen before you got it,
so ok,I will send you an email at once now,to help you solve it,
after you post this thread,I saw many members helped me under your thread also,I real real appreciate all of your support and help,
