nightmare with Lay... The reputation was not justified in this case. I am seriously disapointed with Lay from Replicamake.
After KLOKIS spoted something wrong with the chrono... The chrono at 9 was not alligned, Lay was supposed to fix it but after asking for several updates and with over a month letting me wait, he has finaly cancelled the order and issued a refund.
VERY VERY DISAPOINTING.

Yes, you got refund. But triangle shipment to France is still at the UK.

Do not simply confirm with dealer if you do not read the QC picture.

You lost nothing but i lost 2 way shipment.

Lay, your communication has been bad. I have been asking you for updates a dozen times and you were saying that you had no info. This is bad. a pure waste of time. anyway, I am sure you will find arguments to defend yourself, but you have lost one customer's trust. As far as I am concerned, you should have handled the matter professionaly and not the way you did.
Also, it was your job in the first place to spot the default on the watch. Not someone on the forum...
