Hey,

I ordered my first replica watch ever at Sead on 15th December 2012 and paid on the 19th... a superlumed Sub with 2836 ETA rep.
He shipped the watch on the 22th to UK and from there to austria/EU.
It arrived on the 17th of january 2013...
Everything was fine, but then I recognized that the lume at 5 o'clock is broken... and i told sead, and he told me he will send me a new dial after chinese new year...
the also a ceramic ball in the glidelock clasp fell out... and i told sead.
he mailed me, that he sent the two spare parts already to me, but they never arrived... i hope he will do it now!!! so I can give a positive feedback here on RWI.

Sead will make it right. Takes time for these things.

yeah, i hope so... cause i don't want to make bad promotion, but i want to have it fixed and i also want to order another watch... but not sincerely my sub is fixed.

Please don't forget that this is rep hobby, it will not always be perfect...even gen in some point will fail/broke. I also got this kind of flaws worser than you, but because this is hobby I try to accept and fix it myself.

i know...
but i expect, that a watch for 215 USD works for more than 2 months without such damages... its okay when it scratches, its ok, when its not working perfect or breaks down cause of falling down or after a year... but its not ok, when the clasp is broken down after some weeks or the dial is damaged without falling down, just because of bad quality..... :/

(sorry for my bad english ^^)

I hope Sead helps you out because I feel your pain, you purchase something that isnt cheap, and expect it to work.
On the flip side, I have learned that despite ordering things from the best of dealers, they are only that... dealers, and these items come from a rep factory and they never get held accountable... I have purchased and built up a set of decent tools to fix stuff like this on my own.

itd be easier if you told him to inculde it in your next purchase.
I lost screws for my pam guard they fell out told sead, he said hed send some. threee months later.... never arrived
BUUUTTT two weeks after i told sead they never arrived i bought a breitling and had him include them in my next shipment

i would repair i on my own, but its difficult to fix the lime, and not easy to get ceramic balls in this small size.

thx... i hope he will read this thread... and of course he can ship he parts also with my next order,...!!!!
but what would have been, if i didn't want to have a second watch? i think, if a dealer offers a little costumer service, he would be the first choice of a lot of costumers, just because nobody want to have a quite expensive replica, you cant wear because of a missing ceramic ball for maybe 10cents...

this is not as easy as u think

i try my best to get the watches in good condition,
but after a day they can break or they can be good for 5 years
its a rep
they are different from a watch to a watch
i tried to get u a new dial like i said sometimes is diffucult
and sometimes is eay and sometimes are out of stock

i told u will send u tracking thi week early, werent able early but later i did

here is the tracking

also maybe i should of done it like everyone else have u send the watch repear by the factory and would be cheaper for me
than buying a new dial and sending and leting u keep the older one which can be repaired or sold as is

once again, i dont know and noone knows when the watch will brake or will not its a part of the game

i had a gen citizen that after 3 weeks bezel fell
i had a gen breitling that market fell after 3 months
they break too, but we dont buy them as often as reps to know as much

anyway thx for posting it...

This thread sucks. It was created to bully sead IMO......

Guys, expect even a $600 rep to fall apart some times. Noobs gotta learn. :facepalm:

and its not easy do communicate with you, because sometimes its really slow... and also cause of some other reasons..!

The dealer didn't make the watch and no dealer can control what happens after it's sent.

Please get your mind straight on this, because I sense that your expectations are a bit too high.
