Can you confirm the site you ordered from (exact address) and any email addresses you have used to contact 'JTime'
As with most cases like this I'd expect you have not used the real site.

jtime.io is correct site (as listed in the TD section here).
jtime.watch looks like a fake site.
the email jtimewatchstore@gmail.com is definitely NOT what jtime uses. They use jtime.sales@gmail.com or jtime.servicing@gmail.com
Now, given that the real jtime is very prompt in response, and better than many other TDs in shipping, and you have had no response in 4 months, ...drumrooolllll.... you fell for a SCAM!! Expect a full loss of whatever you paid.
I looked at both sites for a bit side by side. The fake one you ordered from is deceptively similar to the gen site. The glaring difference is that they do not have a "live" feed. Like New arrivals which show the latest arrivals, etc. which need more frequent updates. They have a list of popular watches, and they have constructed a fly trap.
