The only option at this moment is Mr. Davidsen.
You need to replace the crown tube also, but he will provide it.

What method do you use to remove/install the crown tubes on the panny case?

I bought Ti crown from DSN, it's spring loaded like gen and comes with crown tube as you stated. I guess I was lucky as the crown fitted my older Ti PAM rep case perfectly. I'm guessing removing a crown tube on Ti case wouldn't be that easy, simply due to Ti properties (brittle).

I am thinking to do the same as you did but so far still not so sure if it fit and how it looks. Is it possible for your to post some pics of the case with DVN crown? Especially the Ti is what I am for it now.

I think beside the width of crown it is also the space between crown and CG to make right proportion. I try to make the gap smaller by grind off the CG base that installs on case. So far have not had time yet. It will be done on grinding machine. The hand file will not work on this kind of mod.

forgot to update...PAM answered to all of my PM's....picked the $...shipped the crowns...and it seems that they came, but i am not at home right now and cannot go and pick them at the Post Office

I did the same thing. Contacted him, ordered, paid. His follow-up isn't the best. But I did get my crown in about 2 weeks. I got the TI finish and let me tell you, she's a little FATTY!! Nice. Big improvement over what I had originally.
