I bought Ti crown from DSN, it's spring loaded like gen and comes with crown tube as you stated. I guess I was lucky as the crown fitted my older Ti PAM rep case perfectly. I'm guessing removing a crown tube on Ti case wouldn't be that easy, simply due to Ti properties (brittle).
