So the breitling Abyss is a asian clone but the Omea PloProf is actually the Swiss ETA. Ok, i will let puretime know.
O really, let's hear the secret origins of these reps. I'm sure the op wants to know how a clone eta got in there.
I would just handle this locally.
Forget customs, shipping, etc. It's a pain. Local watchsmith will be faster and safer.

What?? Something you don't know?? Now that's a first!
Sorry, couldn't resist. Really moving on this time.
As for the movement issue, it's stuff i've been picking up from different topics and boards.

I know you sit on the opposite side of the spectrum but there's also others that think a properly serviced asian can be just as good as a swiss. There's a whole can of worms and discussion about this but there's a whole thread on that. Let's just keep the topic on track and help this guy fix his watch.
I agree totally.
goonx, do you realise who your arguing with??:lol1:

Zarama, the movement looks pretty crisp. But there are signs that it's been opened before - tool marks on the screws. I wouldn't bet on that it's new but if it runs good then great. Send it in for a service so the WS can they think you've been getting all these great swiss movements in your order.
