Well I see some people complaining that the bezel is not straight, and that the watch should be re-sourced. But if it's the case that the bezel was rotatable, then I don't see what the problem is if the bezel is not straight on.
Yes, the bezel rotates, but not freely. It "clicks". So if the bezel insert is not aligned on a "click", it might not be straight.
But the most common alignment issue is not the whole bezel insert, but the pearl, that is sometimes not perfectly centered on the insert.
