Hi,

nice to meet you guys - im Jorak and im new to the replica world!

I havent seen 007 Spectre movie until recently and it was the Bond watch that really caught my attention..
The real one looks absolutely gorgeous so i searched the internet for the best replicas.

While most of them look quite convincing , 2 things i found out are just a huge letdown:

1. on the original Omega the dial is black - while on most rep its blue.
2. i heard in the forum that the second hand is jumping sometimes???

I really love that watch and want to purchase it but those two things are just a No-go.
Im willing to pay also about 500-600 €/$ to get a (almost) perfect replica instead of 200 and get a mediocre one.

Only watch i found that might match those criteria is this one from (scam website)

*** Edited by DreadPirateRob

it seems to have Swiss Eta 2836-2 Automatic Decorate to Omega Cal. 8400 Movement.

Do you guys know that site? Is it trustworthy? And can perfect clones of that watch be purchased?
Lookin forward to your replies!

There is a trusted dealer section on the site for a reason. Look there and check the TD sites. If you don't see what you're looking for, send a TD of your choice the pic of the watch.

You need to stay away from there. If you even get a watch from them it will be trash. V6f or kw is the only good rep of this, you can get it from any of our td's on here.

That is a scam site. Stick to our TD list. They are there for your protection. They are trusted for a good reason.

Hi Jorak,

I can tell you that the difference between the rep & the gen Spectre is minimal.

Yes, the bezel or black ring is darker on the gen and the dial is a bit darker/textured (more dark grey than blue) BUT.....in most lighting conditions the bezel isn't that much of a big deal. The rep looks outstanding --even more so if you invest in a genuine Omega NATO.

The stutter on mine disappeared after 3 weeks of running in & only hesitates if you shake your wrist --but then who shakes their wrist and immediately looks at their watch? The Miyota movement is a workhorse and very accurate & mine has been going strong for over 2 years.

I'd recommend you buy the Rep from Intime -where I got mine, excellent quality/service --and I swim in it!!

In one of my older posts I have the Rep & the gen side by side ---and the rep is VERY good...the lume is identical, albeit the gen's lasts longer --but you'd expect that.

To be honest, your concerns over the rep are unfounded---one from a trusted dealer. The KW/V6f version is not a mediocre version, even at its US$260 price & I think you will be surprised at the quality, but as I say -a Genuine Omega NATO is a must! --will set you back around US$200 -but it makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE.

Place your order and enjoy your Spectre rep.........don't chase fictional "super accurate versions" that do not exist. You will pay far too much & get crap sent to you.

I hope you will take this as a valid review/opinion from someone who owns a Genuine Spectre --and the rep.

Cheers.

Hi @Dark12 - I was looking at Seamaster 300 reps from the Intime website. There were two models I was trying to pick between:

https://www.intime01.co/omega/2428-...ition-on-nylon-strap-a8400-free-bracelet.html
- This is the V6F version, which seems pretty accurate, but has a Miyota 8215 which can stutter.

https://www.intime01.co/omega/3992-...al-jhf-best-edition-on-ss-bracelet-a8400.html
- The JHF version, which has an A2824 movement, but the details aren't as accurate (i.e. raised indices, lume colours etc.)

Which would you recommend having owned the rep with the Miyota movement?

Any advice would be great!

Thanks!
James

Hi James....Go the v6f. Far superior to JHF in appearance. Honestly, the stutter is not a big deal..as lot has been made of it..but it's minor...get Ryan at intime to ensure it doesn't during QC .Some have it...Some don't....but for quality..the V6f everytime.. ..& get a gen Omega NATO [emoji38]

By the way...that JHF isn't a Spectre. It's an older model 300. A bit different & was what people "suspected" was being worn prior to the release of the film. Only when the the details of the new Spectre edition became known was it then discounted as being worn in the movie.[emoji38][emoji106]
