Omega Seamaster Leather Strap

Im such a noob i have no idea how to work this metal clasp on the leather strap could someone please help me out

There are two release buttons on the sides. you push those to release. Then you slide the other end through the opening at the bottom putting the nub through whatever hole you want like a belt.

i yhink i got it but is it suppose to be tought to put the strap through the metal opening?

It will be a little tight because once it is in there it is not supposed to come out.
